Anonymous whispered, "What pattern did you use for your Merida dress? I love it!"

This question is from forever ago, sorry I didn’t get to it sooner!

It’s Simplicity 1873

Anonymous whispered, "How much do you charge for your shoes?"

I’ll be charging around $30-$50 depending on the complexity of the design, plus shipping back to you. Also, you need to buy the shoes and ship them to me. :)

Announcement!

As of now, it’s looking like my shoes will be called Simply Mad Shoe Designs.

Also, I will be making a new blog for my shoes which will only post final pictures of shoes - all the WIP pictures will stay here, so keep following!

This blog will still be updated with all the other art forms, but shoes will mainly be on the new blog, just because it’s easier to have a fresh start and a page dedicated only to business.

wandering-the-world whispered, "Oh man. Me too. If only dress forms weren't so expensive! :( p.s. are you making any more flynn shirts anytime soon?!"

Totally unsure about the Flynn shirts! The stencil was absolutely horrible to cut. D: I want to though because I know tons of people are interested in them, but I really need to find a good way to make stencils!

wandering-the-world whispered, "Your sewing skills are amazing. Do you use a dress form or a pattern or both?"

Just a pattern! I wish I had a dress form. D:

Anonymous whispered, "the strapless wasn't annoying at disney? i feel like I would keep pulling my dress up."

Meh, it kinda is, but it didn’t bug me too much. The only time it really got annoying was like Dancin’ with Disney and stuff where we were like on the go. Other than that, nbd.

Anonymous whispered, "i'm always afraid to go strapless to disneyland... if it isn't too tmi, was it ever an inconvenience to you? even when I'm wearing a strapless bra at school, i am constantly pulling my shirt/dress/whatever up and i'm worried it would be too much of a hassle at disneyland."

Meh, I mean, I had to pull it up a lot. But that doesn’t bug me too much so I’m fine with it. I wouldn’t consider it a hassle really since that’s something that you just do kinda mindlessly because of instinct. If you’re like gonna be on the go all day and are gonna be riding rides and doing a bunch of stuff, strapless might not be the way to go. Since we usually are just chillin’ and watching shows and stuff, it’s not that big of a deal.
