Just grouping these together since they’re pretty similar! I got the fabric at Joann Fabrics - they also have fleece in the same pattern! Well, larger, but still. Also, I’m not sure about custom dresses. I will for sure be doing custom shoes, but my fear with dresses is that they wouldn’t fit correctly.
